The Directorate General Agriculture Extension Sindh, based in Hyderabad, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the post of Field Assistant (BPS-11). This recruitment is being managed in collaboration with the Pakistan Testing Service (PTS). Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• The candidate must have at least a Matric in Science with a minimum “C” grade from a recognized board.

• A 2-year field assistant course from a certified and recognized training institute.

Age Limit

• Candidates must be between 18 to 28 years.

• The Government of Sindh will provide age relaxation in accordance with its rules.

• Positions are available across different districts of Sindh, especially rural areas. Candidates from rural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

2. Attach the required documents, including

   • Academic Certificates

   • PRC

   • Domicile

   • CNIC

   • Passport-size Photograph

   • Course or Certificate Proof (if applicable)

3. Deposit a test fee of Rs. 1300/- (non-refundable) via HBL or UBL as per details in the form.

4. Submit the complete application form to PTS within 30 days of the advertisement’s publication.

5. Candidates already working in government departments should apply through proper channels.

Important Notes

• Candidates who had applied previously under Court Order C.P. No. 1602/2023 are not required to apply again but must appear for the screening test.

• False or incomplete information may lead to rejection at any stage.

• We will adhere to the policy’s quotas for women, minorities, and disabled people.

• The department reserves the right to increase, reduce, or cancel the number of vacancies.

• We will only call the shortlisted candidates for further tests/interviews.

• There will be no TA or DA for test or interview attendance.

• The passing score for the screening test will be 40%.
