About the Roles

We are looking to fill the following positions on a contract basis:

• Divisional DHIS 2 Coordinator (6 Positions – Punjab, Kohat, Shaheed Benazirabad)
  Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT or Health Sciences) with 2 years of experience in health-related programs, data systems (DHIS 2), coordination, and reporting. Familiarity with healthcare facility operations is preferred. Age limit: 50 years.

• Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer (1 Position – Islamabad)
  MBBS/BDS with 3 years of experience, preferably in infectious diseases. Strong skills in MS Office, data analysis, and report writing required. Fluency in local languages and willingness to travel extensively are important. Age limit: 50 years.

• Hospital Coordinators (3 Positions – AJ&K)
  Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in the health sector. Preference will be given to local residents. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Age limit: 50 years.

• Counsellors (2 Positions – Islamabad)
  Master’s in Clinical Psychology with at least 1 year of counseling experience, preferably in public health or HIV/AIDS. Females will be preferred due to the nature of work involving gender-based violence cases. Excellent communication skills are essential. Age limit: 50 years.

• Lab Technician (1 Position – Islamabad)
  BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology with a minimum of 3 years of lab experience. Must understand clinical lab procedures and quality control. Previous experience in reputable organizations is preferred. Age limit: 50 years.

• Driver (Hi-roof 4×4 Vehicle) (2 Positions – Merit)
  Secondary education with a valid HTV license and at least 2 years of driving experience in a health setup. Age limit: 50 years.

• Psychologist – SS (3 Positions – Islamabad)
  Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 3 years of experience in public health, advocacy, and psychological counseling. Preference for experience with HIV/AIDS-related cases. Strong communication skills are essential. Female candidates encouraged. Age limit: 50 years.

• Data Entry Clerk – SS (5 Positions – Islamabad)
  Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or any bachelor’s degree with a diploma in computer science. At least 2 years of data entry experience required, preferably with a health or development organization. Age limit: 50 years.

• Program Officer (1 Position – Islamabad)
  MBBS/BDS with MPH/MSPH and 3 years of relevant experience in public health. Candidates with HIV/infectious disease prevention background and experience with donor-funded projects will be preferred. Age limit: 50 years.
