Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are not just qualified on paper, but bring with them a record of high-quality policy research, government collaboration, strategic insight, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to national discourse.
Educational Qualifications
All positions require a Ph.D. or Masters/MPhil degree (at least 18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university. Preferred fields of study include International Relations, International Law, Security Studies, Public Policy, Political Economy, Development Economics, Strategic Studies, and related disciplines. Foreign qualifications will be considered a strong advantage for leadership roles.
Experience Requirements

For MP-I positions: Minimum 8 years (Ph.D.) or 12 years (Masters/MPhil) of relevant experience.

For MP-II positions: Minimum 5 years (Ph.D.) or 8 years (Masters/MPhil).

For MP-III positions: Minimum 3 years (Ph.D.) or 5 years (Masters/MPhil).
Experience in public sector policy research, international negotiations, legal analysis, think tank engagement, or inter-ministerial collaboration is highly valued.
Age Limits

MP-I: Up to 50 years

MP-II: Up to 45 years

MP-III: Up to 40 years
Job Type & Location
All positions are contract-based for an initial term of three (3) years, extendable depending on performance and organizational needs. Duty station is Islamabad.
