Each position offers a competitive market salary, with an initial tenure ranging from 6 months to 1 year, extendable based on performance and organizational needs. All positions are based in Lahore.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
-
PhD from an HEC-recognized university with 10 years of relevant experience,
-
M.Phil with 12 years of relevant experience, or
-
Master’s/Bachelor’s with 15 years of relevant experience in senior-level roles in academia, government, or private sector.

Strong background in higher education strategy, planning, and policy is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate expertise in key thematic areas such as:

Institutional reforms

Quality assurance
-
IT transformation
-
Monitoring & evaluation
-
Research promotion
-
