In Punjab Prisons Department:

Assistant Superintendent Jail (BS-16)
Total Vacancies: 115

In Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department:

Associate Professor Orthopaedic Surgery (BS-19)
Associate Professor Physiology (BS-19)

In Agriculture Department (Research Wing):

Remote Sensing Specialist (BS-18)
Total Vacancies: 13

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

For Assistant Superintendent Jail: Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university.
For Associate Professors: MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC/PMDC along with required postgraduate degrees.
For Remote Sensing Specialist: Master’s in Remote Sensing, GIS, or relevant field from HEC-recognized university.

(Equivalence certificates must be provided for foreign or alternate qualifications.)

Age Limit

Varies by post. Generally:
- Assistant Superintendent Jail: 21 to 30 years
- Specialized Posts: Up to 50 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Punjab Government rules.

Experience Requirements

Experience as prescribed in the service rules is mandatory.
For Professorship posts, candidates must provide proof of research papers published in recognized journals.
Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
