Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

GD Pilot / Air Defence / Admin / Logistics
FSc (Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical / ICS) or A-Level with Physics and Mathematics – Minimum 65% marks.
Aeronautical Engineering
FSc (Pre-Engineering) or equivalent with at least 65% marks.
IT Branch
BS/BE/MS in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Sciences, Cyber Security, or related fields from HEC-recognized university – CGPA 2.5+ or 60% marks.
Legal Branch (JAG)
LLB (minimum 2nd Division); preference to LLM and practicing lawyers with 2 years experience.
Education Branch
Master’s in relevant subjects with CGPA 2.5+ or 60% marks from HEC-recognized institutions.
Accounts Branch
BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com/ACCA/CA with minimum 60% marks.
Met Branch
MSc/BS in Meteorology, Physics, Environmental Sciences, or related fields with 60%+ marks.

Age Limit (As on 15 April 2026)

GD Pilot, Aeronautical Engineering, Air Defence: 16 – 22 years
Admin, IT, Legal, Education, Accounts, Met: 20 – 26 years

Selection Procedure

Online Intelligence & Academic Test
Preliminary Medical Examination & Interview
Psychological Test (For GDP & related courses)
Final Interview by Air Headquarters Selection Board
Final Medical Examination at CMB, Lahore
Merit-based selection

Final selection is made based on academic performance, test scores, physical fitness, and medical clearance.

Ineligibility Conditions

Permanently declared unfit by CMB/ISSB
Dismissed or removed from any Government service
Convicted in court or involved in moral turpitude
Found using false documents or providing incorrect information
