Available Position

Position Title: Cadet Pilot
Vacancies: 24
Contract Type: Two (02) years (extendable based on performance and company needs)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate (1st Division/B Grade) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Age Limit

• Maximum 35 years as of the last date for application submission.

Professional Requirements

• Must hold a Valid CPL/IR issued by Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA).

• ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4.

• Medical Fitness as per PCAA standards.

Flying Experience

• Minimum of 200 flying hours completed.

Job Type & Location

• Full-time position with assignments likely based at Karachi Airport, or as required by the organization.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will go through the following recruitment stages:

• Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by an independent agency.

• Minimum 70% marks required in CBT to qualify for:

  • Flying Aptitude Test

  • Interview

  • Medical Examination

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next steps. All quotas (regional/provincial, etc.) will be observed as per government policy.

Salary Package

• During training: Monthly stipend will be provided.

• Upon successful training and first productive flight: An attractive salary package will be offered.

• Employment is conditional upon signing a Training Bond of USD 15,000 (or equivalent), prorated for 2 years from the first productive flight.
