The Bureau of Statistics (BoS), Government of the Punjab, under the Planning & Development Board, is undertaking a significant initiative — the Comprehensive Door-to-Door Socio-Economic Survey for Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER), 2025. To execute this project efficiently, BoS is looking for committed and detail-oriented individuals to join as Tehsil Monitors. These positions are strictly temporary, based on daily wages, and offer a great opportunity to gain hands-on field experience across Punjab.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications

Minimum Second Class Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years education) in any subject. Preference will be given to candidates from:

Statistics

Economics

Sociology

Social Work
-
Gender Studies
-
Technical Skills
-
Must be proficient in using IT equipment (Computer/Tablets).

Preference for candidates with experience in tablet-based surveys.
Age Limit

Gujranwala Division: Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal

Important Note

Shortlisted candidates will be called for training, and final selection will be based on performance during the training session.

05% additional workforce will be trained; however, only selected candidates will move to the fieldwork phase.

Selected candidates must submit a Rs. 300/- e-stamp paper on the first day of training and sign an agreement committing to task completion.

Candidates whose services were terminated in previous PSER projects will not be considered.

BoS reserves the right to terminate any contract without assigning a reason.
