Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Junior Commissioned Officer (Naib Khateeb): Dars-e-Nizami from a registered Islamic seminary, verified by HEC. Proficiency in Arabic and Hafiz-e-Quran will be considered an additional qualification.
Soldier (General Duty/Technical/Clerk/Military Police): Minimum Matric/Intermediate. (Clerk requires computer skills).
Driver: Matric with a valid driving license.
Sanitary Worker: Primary pass or literate individuals.

Age Limit (as of 24 November 2025)

Naib Khateeb: 20 to 28 years. (For those already serving in Army: 22 to 35 years with 1–16 years of service).
Soldier (General Duty/Technical/Clerk/Military Police/Driver): 17.5 to 23 years.
Sanitary Worker: 17.5 to 35 years.
Special relaxation in age is available for children of martyrs, residents of Balochistan, and candidates from underprivileged districts.

Height & Physical Standards

Naib Khateeb: Minimum 160 cm (5 ft 3 in)
Soldier (General Duty/Technical): Minimum 167.5 cm (5 ft 6 in)
Military Police: Minimum 173 cm (5 ft 8 in)
Clerk/Driver/Sanitary Worker: Height relaxation may be granted for candidates from certain areas.
