“A Stitch in Time: Addressing the Gaps and Drivers in Eco-Innovation Adoption for Sustainable Business Growth of Pakistan’s Manufacturing Sector.”
This project is supervised by Dr. Sadia Shaukat (Principal Investigator).
Project Overview
- The research focuses on exploring eco-innovation practices in Pakistan’s manufacturing sector to promote sustainable business growth. The project offers an opportunity for motivated scholars and researchers to contribute to cutting-edge research in management, economics, and social sciences.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
-
Research Assistant (PhD Scholar): Must be enrolled in PhD at University of Sargodha in Management Sciences, Economics, or Social Sciences.

Research Assistant (MS/MPhil Scholar): Must be enrolled in MS/MPhil at University of Sargodha in Management, Economics, or Social Sciences.
-
Research Associate: Master’s degree or above in Management, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Required Skills
-
Strong research and analytical skills (qualitative & quantitative).

Proficiency in SPSS/SmartPLS (for PhD scholars).

Strong academic writing and referencing skills.

For MS/MPhil scholars: Basic knowledge of research methods, good writing, and MS Office skills.

For Research Associates: Strong report writing and data handling skills.
Experience
-
Prior experience in research projects will be preferred (for Research Associates).
