Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC) is a public-sector company owned by the Government of Punjab, registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017. PCMMDC oversees the fair, transparent, and efficient operation of cattle markets across Punjab. To strengthen its legal affairs, PCMMDC is seeking passionate professionals to support its divisions in legal representation and compliance.

Available Position

Legal Consultant – Retainership (One Year, Extendable)
PCMMDC invites applications for one Legal Consultant in each division of Punjab to represent the company in lower courts, civil suits, arbitration, and other legal forums.

Divisions

Faisalabad 2. Bahawalpur 3. D.G. Khan 4. Gujranwala
Lahore 6. Multan 7. Rawalpindi 8. Sahiwal 9. Sargodha

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

LLB or LLB (Hons) from a recognized university
Valid enrollment with Punjab Bar Council

Professional Experience

Minimum 8 years active legal practice in lower courts
At least one complete trial conducted through final judgment at each level: Civil Court, Magistrate Court, and Session Court
High Court license is mandatory
Proven familiarity with corporate and public-sector company law

Age Limit

Maximum 45 years on the closing date for applications

Membership & Licensing

Must be an enrolled member of the District Bar Association of the same division being applied for
Must maintain an operational legal practice office within that division

Job Type & Location

Type: Contract (Retainership) – 1 year, extendable by mutual consent and Board approval
Location: Respective division within Punjab (one consultant per division)
