Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF) is committed to promoting quality education for the children of industrial workers across the province. Under this initiative, School Teacher Interns (STIs) are required for a limited duration at Workers Welfare School (Girls), Labour Complex, Multan. This program provides young graduates with an opportunity to gain valuable teaching experience while serving the community.

Available Position

Position Title: School Teacher Interns (STIs)
Duration: Maximum of 6 months OR until regular/contract teachers are recruited through PPSC (whichever comes first).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Master’s Degree / BS (4-year program) in the relevant subject.
Minimum Second Division is required.

Age Limit

Male Candidates: 20 to 50 years
Female Candidates: 20 to 55 years

Job Type

Internship (Non-extendable, temporary, and non-regularized).

Job Location

Workers Welfare School (Girls), Labour Complex, Multan.

Monthly Stipend

Rs. 50,000 per month (fixed).

Submit the completed application form along with required documents by 20th September 2025 at the school office.
All applicants must bring original educational certificates and relevant documents at the time of interview.

Dates

Last Date to Apply: 20th September 2025
Provisional Merit List Display: 22nd September 2025 (on the school notice board)
Interviews for Shortlisted Candidates: 24th September 2025 (at the school premises)
Last Date for Complaints (if any): 23rd September 2025 (submit at the Director Education’s Office during working hours).

Important Note

Internship duration is strictly limited to 6 months or until recruitment through PPSC (whichever is earlier).
This internship does not confer any right to regular appointment or contract employment.
Selected interns will be issued appointment letters only after approval by the Secretary/CEO Punjab Workers Welfare Fund.
No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
Successful completion of internship will be acknowledged with a certificate of experience.
