Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) is Pakistan’s largest fertilizer manufacturer, known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and professional growth. As part of our efforts to develop skilled professionals for the future, we invite applications for our Two-Year Apprenticeship Program under the Apprenticeship Act. The program will be conducted at our fertilizer plants located in Goth Machhi (Rahim Yar Khan), Mirpur Mathelo (Ghotki), and Port Qasim (Karachi).

Available Apprenticeship Trades

Applicants can apply in one trade only from the following:

• Chemical Plant Operator

• Mechanical Technician

• Instrument Technician

• Electrical Technician

• Civil Technician

• Laboratory Analyst

• Computer Operator

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Chemical Plant Operator: Matric (Science) with F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) or 3-year DAE in Chemical Technology

• Mechanical Technician: Matric (Science) with 3-year DAE in Mechanical Technology

• Instrument Technician: Matric (Science) with 3-year DAE in Instrumentation/Electronics

• Electrical Technician: Matric (Science) with 3-year DAE in Electrical Technology

• Civil Technician: Matric (Science) with 3-year DAE in Civil Technology

• Laboratory Analyst: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering)

• Computer Operator: ICS with 1-year IT Diploma or 3-year DAE in IT

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 28 years (as of 05 February 2026)

Other Requirements

• Minimum 2nd division in Matric (Science)

• Candidates with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degrees are not eligible

• Candidates already undergoing or having completed apprenticeship in any industry cannot apply

• Duplicate applications will not be considered

• Candidates who qualify NTS test and applied at FFC portal will be invited for interviews at:

• TA/DA will be provided as per company policy
