We seek a skilled and experienced professional to oversee branch operations in our Central Region. This individual will be pivotal in ensuring customer service excellence, managing staff, and maintaining a strong control environment. Responsibilities include compliance with SBP regulations, branch performance optimisation, staff development, and fraud investigation and mitigation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing banking operations, fostering a customer-centric culture, and ensuring the highest regulatory compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to SBP policies and internal procedures.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure financial discipline.
• Monitor branch performance and ATM operations.
• Develop staff capabilities and succession plans.
• Conduct performance appraisals and ensure continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with business partners to achieve organisational goals.
• Draft and review contracts with external service providers.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:

   • Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognised local/foreign university.

2. Experience:

   • Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with at least 6 years in a similar role.

3. Age Limit:

   • Up to 55 years as of February 8, 2025.

4. Job Type:

   • Full-time

   • Lahore, Pakistan
