Available Position

Position Title: Cadet Pilot
Number of Vacancies: 24
Contract Duration: 2 years (Extendable upon satisfactory performance and company needs)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Minimum Intermediate (1st Division / B Grade) or equivalent from a recognized institute.

Professional Qualification

Must hold a valid CPL/IR and ICAO ELP Level 4, issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.

Flying Experience

At least 200 flying hours are required.

Age Limit

Maximum 35 years of age as of the application submission deadline.

Medical Requirement

Must meet the medical standards set by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA).

Contract Terms

Selected candidates will be hired on a 2-year contractual basis, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will appear for a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted by an independent testing agency.
The test result will be displayed immediately after completion.
Applicants scoring 70% or above will proceed to the next steps: Flying Aptitude Test, Interview, and Medical Assessment.
All regional, provincial, and applicable quotas will be observed according to legal requirements.

Salary Package

A monthly stipend will be provided during the training phase.
After successfully completing training and beginning productive flights, a competitive salary package will be offered.
A training bond of USD 15,000 (or equivalent in PKR) will be signed for two years, starting from the date of the first productive flight.
