To strengthen its customer support team, NTL is looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join as Call Center Agent. This role provides a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Available Position

  • Position Title: Call Center Agent

  • Number of Vacancies: 1

  • Maximum Age Limit: 28 years (inclusive of relaxation)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

  • Attested degree from HEC is mandatory at the time of interview.

Age Limit

  • Maximum: 28 years (5 years’ age relaxation already included).

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience.

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

  • Experience in handling billing inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support will be a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle customer complaints via phone and email with empathy and patience.

  • Active listening and effective complaint resolution.

  • Typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office & VICIDIAL.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage high call volumes.

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Job Type

  • Contract-based (initially 3 years, extendable if required).

  • 6-month probation period.

Job Location

  • Islamabad – Regional Head Office, G-10, Mauve Area.
