Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

Attested degree from HEC is mandatory at the time of interview.
Age Limit
-
Maximum: 28 years (5 years’ age relaxation already included).
Professional Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
-
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
-
Experience in handling billing inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support will be a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints via phone and email with empathy and patience.
-
Active listening and effective complaint resolution.

Typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail.
-
Proficiency in MS Office & VICIDIAL.

Ability to multi-task and manage high call volumes.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Job Type

Contract-based (initially 3 years, extendable if required).

6-month probation period.
