The Council on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) serves as a policy and implementation body to ensure disability inclusion across Punjab. The Council works to protect rights, promote accessibility, and create opportunities for persons with disabilities through research, advocacy, and service delivery programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Director & Deputy Directors: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Project Management, or related fields from a recognized university. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an advantage.

• Assistant Directors: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years education) in relevant disciplines such as Law, Public Policy, Statistics, Data Science, Mass Communication, HR, IT, Accounting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Social Sciences. Professional certifications (where applicable) will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Director: Minimum 12 years of progressive experience, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in disability inclusion, human rights, or social development.

• Deputy Directors: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, policy development, or administration, preferably in disability rights or social welfare sectors.

• Assistant Directors: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in their relevant field (administration, IT, accounts, communication, project management, or accessibility compliance).

Age Limit

• Director: Maximum 50 years

• Deputy Directors: Maximum 45 years

• Assistant Directors: Maximum 35 years
  (Age relaxation as per Government of Punjab rules is already included.)

Job Type

• All appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of one year (extendable as per policy).

Job Location

• All positions are based at CRPD Headquarters, 41-Empress Road, Lahore.
