Punjab Police Telecommunication invites applications from eligible male and female candidates domiciled in specific districts of Punjab for recruitment against vacant posts of Wireless Operator Constables, Mechanic Constables, and Driver Constables in BS-07 along with applicable allowances.

Available Positions

• Constable (Wireless Operator) – Male & Female

• Constable (Mechanic) – Male only

• Constable (Driver) – Male only

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Wireless Operator Constable:
  Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) from a recognized board with at least 50% marks.
  OR
  Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical with minimum 50% marks.

• Mechanic Constable:
  Matriculation (Science) from a recognized board.

• Driver Constable:
  Matriculation from a recognized board with a valid LTV driving license and minimum two years of driving experience.

Age Limit

• Wireless Operator Constable (Male): 18 to 22 years

• Wireless Operator Constable (Female): 18 to 25 years

• Mechanic Constable (Male): 18 to 22 years

• Driver Constable (Male): 21 to 30 years

• Note: Age relaxation as per Punjab Police rules applies for eligible categories.

Physical Standards

• Height

  • Male: Minimum 5 ft 7 in

  • Female: Minimum 5 ft 2 in

• Chest (Male only): Minimum 33 in (expanded) with 1.5 in expansion.

Running Test

• Male Candidates:
  1.6 km (1 mile) in 7 minutes for Wireless Operator and Mechanic posts.
  1.6 km (1 mile) in 7 minutes + driving skills test for Driver Constable.

• Female Candidates:
  1.6 km in 10 minutes.

Other Requirements

• Punjab domicile (from relevant districts mentioned in the advertisement).

• Valid CNIC.

• For Driver Constables – valid LTV license with two years of experience.

• Type: Permanent, Government Service (BS-07 + allowances)

• Location: Telecommunication Branch, Punjab Police, postings across Punjab.
