The Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department, Bahawalpur, is actively working to preserve our natural heritage and ensure the protection of wildlife across the region. To support this mission, the department is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join the team on a daily wage basis for the financial year 2025–26.
These roles are vital for maintaining parks, wildlife reserves, check posts, and ensuring overall cleanliness and security in the Cholistan desert and other designated areas.
Available Positions
We are hiring for the following roles:

Skilled and Unskilled Labor (such as helpers for construction, maintenance work, etc.)

Security and Field Staff (including watchmen, drivers, wildlife field assistants, etc.)
The services are being engaged purely on a temporary basis to support field operations and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
There is no formal educational requirement for most roles. However, for skilled roles like drivers and field watchers, relevant experience and basic literacy will be considered a plus.
Age Limit
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not older than 35 years at the time of application.
Job Type
These are temporary daily wage jobs, initially for a period of 89 days, which may be extended based on satisfactory performance and operational needs.
Job Location
Assignments will be within Bahawalpur Division, particularly in wildlife parks, field stations, check posts, and Cholistan Desert areas.

These jobs are offered on a purely temporary and need-based basis. The recruitment will be carried out in line with the Government of Punjab’s approved policy and merit system. Payment will be made according to the officially approved daily wage schedule. The number of positions may be increased or decreased depending on the requirements.
If performance remains satisfactory and the department deems it necessary, your services may be retained till the end of the financial year.
