Sargodha Waste Management Company (SGWMC) is a public sector organization, established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984. The company was founded with a vision to build an efficient, transparent, and sustainable Solid Waste Management system for Sargodha division.

  • Manager Complaint Cell – 01 Post

  • Complaint Redressal Executive – 20 Posts

  • Manager HR & Admin – 01 Post

  • Admin Executive – 02 Posts

  • Fleet Executive – 01 Post

  • HR Executive – 02 Posts

  • Archive Executive – 01 Post

  • Receptionist (Female) – 01 Post

  • Manager Accounts & Finance – 01 Post

  • Assistant Manager (AM) Accounts & Finance – 01 Post

  • Accounts Executive – 01 Post

  • Assistant Manager (AM) Internal Audit – 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • For managerial roles: Master’s or equivalent (16 years of education) in relevant fields such as HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounts, IT, or Social Sciences.

  • For executive-level roles: Bachelor’s (14 years) in relevant fields (Business, Supply Chain, HR, Library Sciences, Commerce, etc.).

  • For finance roles: CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent.

  • For Receptionist: Intermediate with relevant certification preferred.

Age Limit

  • Executives: 20–35 years

  • Assistant Managers: 25–35 years

  • Managers: 30–45 years

  • Receptionist (Female): 20–30 years

Experience Requirements

  • Managers: At least 05 years in relevant fields, preferably in public/private sector organizations.

  • Executives: Minimum 01 year in relevant experience such as HR, Admin, Fleet, Accounts, or Complaint Management.

  • Finance & Audit roles: 03–05 years of relevant experience required.

  • Receptionist: Minimum 01 year front-desk/reception experience.

Job Type & Location

  • All positions are contract-based.

  • Location: Sargodha, Punjab.
