Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
-
For managerial roles: Master’s or equivalent (16 years of education) in relevant fields such as HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounts, IT, or Social Sciences.

For executive-level roles: Bachelor’s (14 years) in relevant fields (Business, Supply Chain, HR, Library Sciences, Commerce, etc.).

For finance roles: CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent.

For Receptionist: Intermediate with relevant certification preferred.
Age Limit

Executives: 20–35 years

Assistant Managers: 25–35 years

Managers: 30–45 years

Receptionist (Female): 20–30 years
Experience Requirements

Managers: At least 05 years in relevant fields, preferably in public/private sector organizations.

Executives: Minimum 01 year in relevant experience such as HR, Admin, Fleet, Accounts, or Complaint Management.

Finance & Audit roles: 03–05 years of relevant experience required.

Receptionist: Minimum 01 year front-desk/reception experience.
