• Social Worker (BPS-11) – 01 Post (Merit)

• Driver (BPS-4) – 02 Posts (Khuzdar)

• Chowkidar (BPS-1) – 01 Post (Khuzdar)

• Aya (BPS-1) – 04 Posts (Khuzdar 2, Sibi 1, Kharan 1)

• Cook (BPS-1) – 02 Posts (Khuzdar)

• Naib Qasid (BPS-1) – 03 Posts (Khuzdar 2, Kharan 1)

• Security Guard (BPS-1) – 01 Post (Khuzdar)

• Part-time Sweeper (Contract)—06 Posts (Quetta 4, Khuzdar 1, Sibi 1)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Accountant (BPS-14):

  • Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) from a recognized university.

  • Three-month certificate in Office Automation/Computer Operations.

• Assistant Computer Operator (BPS-12):

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

  • Typing speed: 35 words per minute in English/Urdu.

  • Shorthand speed: 80 words per minute.

  • Three-month certificate in Office Automation/Computer Operations.

• Social Worker (BPS-11):

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

• Driver (BPS-4):

  • Middle pass.

  • Valid HTV/LTV license.

  • Minimum two years’ experience as a driver.

• Chowkidar, Aya, Cook, Naib Qasid, Security Guard, Part-time Sweeper (BPS-1):

  • Literate.

Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years

• Maximum: 28 years

• General relaxation: Up to 43 years (as per the Government of Balochistan policy).

Job Type & Location

• Most positions are permanent government jobs.

• Part-time sweeper posts are contract-based.

• Location: Quetta, Khuzdar, Zhob, Kalat, Sibi, Naseerabad, Kharan.

Reserved Quotas

• Women: 5%

• Disabled Persons: 5%

• Minorities: 5%

All quotas will be implemented as per the Government of Balochistan Recruitment Policy 1991.
