Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, or a closely related field from a recognized local or international university (HEC accredited).
Professional Experience
-
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience in the public or private sector.

At least 5 years must be in a managerial or leadership capacity.
-
Proficiency in HR software, data analysis, and digital tools is essential.

Familiarity with 360-degree performance frameworks, grievance handling, and government HR procedures (e.g., Civil Servants Rules, EstaCode) is preferred.
Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 45 years.
-
A general age relaxation of 5 years is applicable as per rules.
Job Type

The position is contract-based for a period of two (02) years, extendable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
The selected Human Resource Specialist will:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes.

Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and onboarding.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Monitor HR metrics, manage budgets, and prepare departmental reports.
-
Ensure compliance with HR laws, rules, and internal policies.
-
Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
-
Provide support and recommendations to senior management on people-related matters.
