As part of its commitment to skill development and youth empowerment, FFC offers a two-year Apprenticeship Program under the Apprenticeship Act.
This program provides hands-on training, technical knowledge, and practical workplace exposure at FFC’s state-of-the-art plants located in Goth Machhi (Rahim Yar Khan), Mirpur Mathelo (Ghotki), and Port Qasim (Karachi).

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
-
Chemical Plant Operator: Matric (Science) with F.Sc OR 3-Year DAE in Chemical Technology.

Mechanical Technician: Matric (Science) with 3-Year DAE in Mechanical Technology.

Instrument Technician: Matric (Science) with 3-Year DAE in Instrument or Electronics Technology.
-
Electrical Technician: Matric (Science) with 3-Year DAE in Electrical Technology.

Civil Technician: Matric (Science) with 3-Year DAE in Civil Technology.

Laboratory Analyst: F.Sc (Pre-Engineering).
-
Computer Operator: ICS with 1-Year IT Diploma OR 3-Year Diploma in IT.
Note: Candidates must have at least 2nd division in Matric (Science) with relevant qualification.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degree holders are not eligible.
Age Limit

Maximum age: 28 years as on 5 February 2026.
