Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Treasurer: PhD/MS/MPhil/Master’s/CA/ACCA in Finance/Accounting/Commerce with varying experience (5–15 years) in public sector financial management.
Director BIC: Master’s (preferably MS/MPhil) in Business, Management, or Health-related fields with 10–15 years of experience in incubation, startups, or entrepreneurship.
Manager BIC: Business graduate with 10+ years of experience in startup incubation or related roles.
Senior Clerk: Bachelor’s degree (14 years) with typing speed of 30 WPM, MS Office skills, and 2–4 years relevant experience.
Receptionist & Naib Qasid: Matriculation with relevant experience.
Assistant Professor (Radiology): BS/BSc (Hons) in Radiology with PhD (no experience) or MS/MPhil with 4 years teaching/research/professional experience.
Assistant Manager (Pharmacy): Pharm-D with 2 years of relevant experience.
Professor (Psychiatry): MBBS with terminal qualifications like FCPS/MD/MS/MPhil/PhD with 10 years of teaching/research and 15 publications (5 in the last 5 years).
Assistant Professor (Psychiatry): MBBS with terminal qualifications; no experience or publications required.

Age Limit

Treasurer: Up to 55 years
Director/Manager BIC: Up to 48 years
Senior Clerk, Receptionist, Naib Qasid, Assistant Manager: Up to 35–45 years

Job Type

Faculty Positions: Regular BPS appointments
Admin Positions: Fixed Pay basis
Location: All roles are based in Peshawar across KMU campuses and institutes
