1. Specialist (Ophthalmologist) (BPS-18) – Contract Basis (1 Vacancy – Open Merit)

2. Assistant Personnel Officer (BPS-17) – Regular Basis (1 Vacancy – Open Merit)

3. Medical Officer (BPS-17) – Contract Basis (1 Vacancy – Open Merit)

4. Assistant Works Manager (BPS-17) – Contract Basis (5 Vacancies – Open Merit)

5. Driver MT (BPS-4) – Regular Basis (1 Vacancy – Local Quota)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Specialist (Ophthalmologist)

  • FCPS with a minimum of 1 year of post-specialization experience from a recognized institute/hospital.

  • PMDC registration required.

  • OR Retired Lt. Col./Major (AMC) classified as an ophthalmologist specialist.

• Assistant Personnel Officer

  • Master’s degree with a CGPA of 3.0 or above from an HEC-recognized university/institute.

  • Experience in administration and related fields is preferred.

  • OR a retired major/captain with administrative experience.

• Medical Officer

  • MBBS from a recognized medical college/institute.

  • PMDC registration required.

  • Minimum two years’ experience after house job.

  • OR Retired Major (AMC).

• Assistant Works Manager

  • BE/BS/B.Sc (Engineering) in Mechatronics, Computer, Chemical, Physics, Chemistry, or Metallurgy with a CGPA of 3.0 or above from an HEC-recognized institute registered with PEC.

  • Relevant field experience is preferred.

  • OR retired EME officers (major/captain) with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service and relevant technical experience.

• Driver MT

  • Middle school pass.

  • Valid HTV driving license.

  • PSV license holders will be preferred.

  • OR retired armed forces drivers with experience in staff car driving.

Age Limit

• Specialist (Ophthalmologist)

  • Civilian: 25-35 years

  • Ex-Military: Up to 50 years

• Assistant Personnel Officer

  • Civilian: 24-30 years

  • Ex-Military: Up to 50 years

• Medical Officer

  • Civilian: 24-45 years

  • Ex-Military: Up to 50 years

• Assistant Works Manager

  • Civilian: 20-35 years

  • Ex-Military: Up to 50 years

• Driver MT

  • Civilian: 18-30 years

  • Ex-Military: Up to 50 years

• Note: A general relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit is applicable to all civilian candidates according to government rules.
