Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Senior Consultant (Contract): Foreign or Local LLM, Barrister-at-Law, or Solicitor with at least 10 years of experience in legal and legislative matters.
- Legislative Advisor (MP-I): Foreign or Local LLM, Barrister-at-Law, or Solicitor with at least 8 years of legal experience.
- Consultant (Research) (MP-II): Ph.D. in a relevant field with 3 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
- Monitoring Unit Expert (MP-III): Foreign or Local LLB, Barrister-at-Law with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in International Commercial Arbitration.
Age Limit
- All positions have a maximum age limit of 62 years.
Job Type
- Contractual positions for an initial period of 3 years, extendable based on performance and as per the MP Scale Policy, 2020.

- Islamabad, Pakistan, at the Ministry of Law and Justice.
