Multan Waste Management Company (MWMC) was established with the vision to modernize the solid waste management system in Multan. The company provides employees with an opportunity to work in a professional, progressive, and socially impactful environment.
MWMC has signed a contract with Punjab Small Industries Corporation to deliver janitorial services at Khanewal and Mian Channu Industrial Estates. To fulfill this responsibility, MWMC is hiring dedicated individuals on a contract basis for one (01) year, extendable on mutual consent.

Sanitary Workers (Male & Female) (Khanewal: 06, Mian Channu: 03)
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
-
Drivers: Minimum Middle pass. Matriculation will be preferred. Must hold a valid driving license (Motor Car/Jeep). Basic navigation and route planning skills are essential.

Sanitary Workers: Preferably literate (ability to read signs and instructions in Urdu). No formal education required but understanding of instructions is essential.
Experience

Drivers: At least 2 years of proven driving experience with a clean driving record.

Sanitary Workers: Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning/sanitation services in hospitals, schools, railway stations, or offices. Fresh candidates may also be considered.
Age Limit
-
For all positions: 20 – 35 years (maximum)
