Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications

Master’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, or other relevant fields.

Specialization in Hydrography, Dredging, or Corporate Strategy will be a strong plus.
Required Experience
-
15–20 years of progressive experience in the dredging, hydrography, or maritime project sectors.
-
At least 3–5 years in a C-level (CEO/COO/MD) role within maritime or related corporate sectors.

Proven track record managing high-value public sector maritime projects.

Deep knowledge of government procurement, shipping operations, and port coordination.

Demonstrated involvement in projects requiring high-level government and international liaison.
