Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

For professorial positions, candidates must fulfill HEC eligibility criteria along with relevant teaching/research experience.
For lecturers and assistant professors, a Master’s or equivalent degree (minimum 16 years education) in the relevant field is required with a strong academic record.
For non-academic roles, minimum education requirements range from Primary Pass, ICS, DAE, B.Com, BSc, MBA, or BS in relevant fields, depending on the position.
Special preference is given to candidates with prior experience and additional certifications.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 50 years (including age relaxation as per government policies), unless otherwise specified in the job role.

Job Type

Most positions are offered on a Lump Sum Contract or OPS Contract.
Pay scales range from Scale 01 to Scale 21, depending on the position.

Job Location

Faisalabad Campus: For both academic and non-academic roles.
Karachi Campus: For selected non-academic and technical positions.
Quota-based Posts: Opportunities available for Punjab, Sindh (Urban & Rural), KPK, Balochistan, and open merit.
