Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Assistant Director Litigation (BPS-17): LL.B (2nd Class) + 5 years’ experience as practicing lawyer in High Court or Labour Court.

• Assistant Director Technical (BPS-17): B.Sc Civil Engineering (2nd Class).

• Assistant Director Planning (BPS-17): B.Sc City & Regional Planning / Architecture (2nd Class) with valid PCATP registration.

• Assistant Director Electrical (BPS-17): B.Sc Electrical Engineering (2nd Class).

• Senior Auditor & Divisional Accounts Officer (BPS-17): Master’s in Business Administration / Commerce / CA (Finalist).

• Assistant Director Horticulture (BPS-17): M.Sc / B.Sc (Hons) in Agriculture, Horticulture or Forestry.

• Building Inspector (BPS-16): Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Horticulturist (BPS-16): B.Sc in Horticulture, Forestry or Biological Sciences.

• CAD Operator (BPS-15): FA/F.Sc with AutoCAD Certificate or FA/F.Sc with 3-year Diploma in Civil/Architecture/IT/Mechanical + 2 years’ experience.

• Sub-Engineer Civil (BPS-12): 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Assistant Building Inspector (BPS-11): FA/F.Sc + Diploma for Surveyor or Civil Draftsman.

• Laboratory Technician (BPS-10): Relevant Diploma with experience.

• Surveyor (BPS-10): Diploma in Surveying from recognized institute.

• Assistant Lineman (BPS-07): Matric with TTC Certificate + 2 years’ relevant experience.

Age Limit

• BPS-17 Posts: 21 – 45 years (depending on position)

• BPS-16 & Below: 18 – 35 years (depending on position)

• Age relaxation as per Government rules will be applicable.

• Regular appointments under PDA Service Regulations, 2024.

• Generate the prescribed deposit slip after submitting the application.

• Deposit the non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa, UBL Bank, or UBL Omni.

• Keep the original deposit slip with the bank stamp safe.

• Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA. Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide them.

• Online application form will be available from 1st September 2025.

• The last date for submission is 20th September 2025.

• Candidates will receive SMS alerts to download roll number slips from the ETEA website.

• Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the roll number slip.

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates will appear in the ETEA screening test provisionally; detailed scrutiny will be done later.

• Incomplete, late, or fake applications will be rejected.

• Separate applications and fees are required for each post.

• Government employees must apply through proper channel.

• Minority, Female, and Disabled quotas will be observed (as per Govt. policy).

• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

• Candidates must score 60% (for BPS-17) and 50% (for BPS-16 & below) in the ETEA test to qualify for interviews.
