Job Opportunity: Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Career Opportunity 2025

Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Government of the Punjab, is working to enhance procurement processes across the province through transparent and efficient digital systems. As part of the “E-Procurement Across Punjab” project, the Authority is hiring qualified and skilled professionals for key roles. All positions are on a contract basis until the project’s completion.

Available Positions

We are currently hiring for the following roles under the E-Procurement Project:

1. Data Analysts / Assistants – (02 Positions)

2. Computer Operators – (08 Positions)

3. Record Keepers / Junior Clerks – (03 Positions)

4. Drivers – (01 Position)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Data Analysts / Assistants

• 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields.

• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.5.

Computer Operators

• 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

• Must have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

Record Keepers / Junior Clerks

• Minimum 12 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

• MS Office proficiency and 35 wpm typing speed required.

Drivers

• Minimum qualification: Middle pass.

• Valid driving license and 6/6 eyesight are mandatory.

Age Limit

• Data Analysts / Assistants: 21 – 35 years

• Computer Operators: 18 – 30 years

• Record Keepers / Junior Clerks: 18 – 30 years

• Drivers: 21 – 50 years
  Note: Age relaxation as per government policy is already included in the maximum age.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview.

• Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

• No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

• Applicants must have Punjab domicile.
