Educational Qualifications
-
Company Secretary: Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries OR hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law from an HEC-recognized university.

Manager Procurement & Contracts: Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Supply Chain Management from an HEC-recognized university.

Assistant Manager Network / IT Assistants: Bachelor’s/Master’s (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering.

Assistant Manager HR & Admin: Minimum 16 years of education in HR, Business/Public Administration, Social Sciences, or Economics.
Experience Requirements

Company Secretary: At least 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in the same role in a public sector organization.

Manager Procurement & Contracts: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in public sector procurement under PPRA/EPADS rules.

Assistant Manager Network / HR & Admin / IT Assistants: At least 3 years of relevant experience in reputable public or private sector organizations.
Age Criteria

Company Secretary: 40 to 50 years

Manager Procurement: Up to 45 years
-
Assistant Managers & IT Assistants: 25 to 35 years

These positions are contract-based and based at SGWMC’s Corporate Office in Sargodha, Punjab.
