Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (e.g., ICAP, ACCA) with at least 7 years of relevant experience, OR
-
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the public or development sector
-
Solid understanding of IAS/IFRS standards and SECP regulations
Company Secretary (CS)
-
Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries OR
-
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce OR
-
Graduate in Law with a minimum of 7 years of experience in public or development sector

Strong knowledge of corporate law, SECP compliance, and governance
Age Limit

Minimum age: 32 years for both positions
