The Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Department, Rawalpindi Division, is a government entity working under the Punjab Government, providing essential services for the welfare of marginalized communities. Under the Minority Quota, applications are invited for various contract-based positions. These appointments will be made strictly in accordance with the Punjab Contract Appointment Policy 2022 and the Recruitment Policy 2004.
Available Positions
Applications are invited from minority candidates domiciled in Punjab for the following positions on a one-year contract basis:

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
-
Junior Clerk: Intermediate (at least 2nd division) from a recognized board with typing speed of at least 25 words per minute in Urdu.

Social Worker / Assistant: Intermediate (at least 2nd division); candidates with social work experience will be preferred.

Driver: Primary pass with a valid LTV license and 5 years of driving experience.

Naib Qasid / Chowkidar: Literate with good physical and mental health. Preference will be given to retired army personnel for the post of Chowkidar.
Age Limit

Junior Clerk / Social Worker / Naib Qasid / Chowkidar: 18 to 25 years

Driver: 18 to 30 years
Job Type
All appointments are on a contract basis for one year, extendable based on performance and institutional needs, as per Punjab Government rules.
Job Location
Positions are based at the Social Welfare Office, Rawalpindi Division.
