The Government of Punjab, in partnership with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), is implementing the Southern Punjab Poverty Alleviation Project (SPPAP) in ten underserved districts: Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Khushab, Bhakkar, and Mianwali.
The project is managed under the Planning & Development Board and is dedicated to improving livelihoods, strengthening rural economies, and empowering communities. To meet our goals, we’re looking for passionate professionals ready to contribute meaningfully.
Available Positions
We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Regional Coordinator – 1 Position

M&E Officer (BS-17) – 1 Position
-
Assistant Director (Agriculture) (BS-17) – 1 Position

Assistant Director (Livestock) (BS-17) – 1 Position
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
-
Regional Coordinator
Master’s Degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution. Experience must include project management, coordination, community mobilization, quality assurance, and evaluation. -
M&E Officer (BS-17)
Master’s Degree in Management Sciences, Finance, Economics, or Sociology (minimum second division). Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, monitoring & evaluation, preferably with log frame or RBM-based projects. -
Assistant Director (Agriculture)
Master’s Degree in Agriculture (second division). At least 5 years of experience in agriculture development. Preference will be given to those with field/community experience. -
Assistant Director (Livestock)
Degree in Animal Sciences (second division) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in livestock development. Community engagement experience is an asset.
Age Limit

Regional Coordinator: 32 to 55 years

All Other Positions: 28 to 55 years
