Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Chief Internal Auditor:
  • Member of a recognised body of professional accountants such as CA/CPA/ACMA/ACCA or MBA (Finance) from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, risk management, and internal controls.
• Chief Legal Officer:
  • Master’s in Law from a HEC-recognised institution.
  • Licensed Advocate of the High Court with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in corporate law, contracts, and advising in the power sector.
• Chief Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Officer:
  • Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT with a strong understanding of information systems and change management.
• Company Secretary:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Law from a HEC-recognised institution.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Director General (MIRAD):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Law.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience, including 10 years in the power sector.
  • Expertise in technical, commercial, and regulatory matters within the utility business is preferred.

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit for all positions is 55 years as of the closing date of the application. No age relaxation will be granted.

Job Type

• All positions are contract-based, initially for 2 years, with possible extensions based on performance.

Job Location

• All positions are based in Sukkur.
